Changes to ocean salmon season

Action: Anglers can keep up to 2 chinook as part of their 2 salmon daily limit in Marine Areas 2 and 4.

Effective date: 12:01 a.m. Aug. 17 through Sept, 23, 2012.

Species affected: Chinook salmon.

Location: Marine Areas 2 and 4

Reason for action: Sufficient quota and guideline remain in ocean areas to allow expanded salmon angling opportunity.
