Clarks Creek opens to recreational fishing Aug.1

Action: Opens Clarks Creek in Pierce County.

Effective Dates: Aug. 1 through Oct. 31, 2010.

Species affected: All game fish.

Location: From the mouth of Clarks Creek upstream to 12th Ave SW.

Reason for action: Provides recreational fishing opportunity in Clarks Creek.

Other information: Trout limit 2 fish minimum of 14 inches and selective gear rules, release wild steelhead. Other game fish, statewide minimum size and daily limits and selective gear rules.
