Action: The restrictions implemented on the East Fork Lewis River in mid-July due to high water temperatures have been lifted and regulations will revert back to permanent rules.
Effective Dates: Immediately
Species affected: All species including salmon and steelhead
Location: East Fork Lewis River from the mouth upstream to 400 feet below Horseshoe Falls
Reason for action: With the recent weather change, river flows and temperature are similar to average fall conditions on the East Fork Lewis River. These conditions are not expected to change considerably for the rest of the season.
