Fishing season extended for Park, Blue, and Deep lakes in Grant County

Action: Extends gamefish seasons through Oct. 31.

Effective date: Oct. 1 through Oct. 31, 2024.

Species affected: Gamefish.

Locations: Park Lake, Blue Lake, Deep Lake (Grant County).

Rules: Gamefish open, statewide minimum size/daily limit.

Reason for action: WDFW recently adopted a permanent fishing rule change that will extend the fishing season at Park, Blue, and Deep Lakes (Grant County). This emergency fishing rule change allows anglers the opportunity to fish these three lakes the entire month of October.

Additional information: This rule change will be reflected in future Sport Fishing Rules pamphlets.
