Lake Langlois to open for 1-day veterans' fishing event

Action: Open to fishing Langlois Lake (King Co.) for anglers pre-registered with and participating in the Project Healing Waters fishing event.

Effective date: 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., April 16, 2022

Species affected: All gamefish.

Location: Langlois Lake (King Co.)

Reason for action: Project Healing Waters (PHW) is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fishing.

Other information: This is a one-day Project Healing Waters event hosted by the Bellevue/Issaquah Chapter of Trout Unlimited and the North Bend Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. On April 16, 2022, pre-registered PHW Veterans will be permitted to fish throughout the lake from boats captained by Trout Unlimited volunteers.
