Species affected: All shrimp.

Location: All waters of Marine Area 8-1 and Marine Area 8-2. (See Fishing in Washington sport fishing pamphlet for area boundaries.)

Reason for action: Sufficient quota remains in Marine Area 8 to warrant extending the spot shrimp season for one day.

Other information: High winds last week contributed to a lower harvest of spot shrimp in Marine Area 8, creating the opportunity for one more day of fishing.
