Oyster season modified at South Indian Island County Park

Action: The 2004 sport oyster season at South Indian Island County Park and adjacent tidelands, originally year-round, has been changed to April 1 through June 30.

Effective date: April 1 through June 30, 2004.

Species affected: Oysters.

Location: South Indian Island County Park.

Reason for action: The 2004 oyster season at South Indian Island County Park has been modified so that it coincides with the proposed 2004 clam season there, improving enforcement.
