Razor clam season closes effective immediately

Action: CLOSES Razor clam season

Effective date: Immediately

Species affected: Razor clams

Location: All Beaches

Reason for action: Washington Department of Health has notified WDFW that an unexpected spike in domoic acid levels necessitates an immediate closure.

Additional information: WDOH indicates that based on what we know now, all previously harvested clams are safe for consumption.
