Sport halibut season re-opens July 22 in
Marine Areas 3 and 4

Action: Open recreational fishing for halibut in Marine Areas 3 and 4 on July 22, 2007, for one day only.

Effective date: Open 12:01 a.m. through 11:59 p.m., Sunday, July 22, 2007

Species affected: Pacific Halibut

Location: Marine Areas 3 and 4

Reason for action: This rule conforms to federal action taken by Pacific Fishery Management Council. There is sufficient recreational halibut quota to provide for an additional fishing day
