Sport Halibut season re-opens in Marine Areas 3 and 4

Action: Open recreational fishing for halibut in Marine Areas 3 and 4 on Aug. 4, 2007, for one day only.

Effective date: Open 12:01 a.m. through 11:59 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007

Species affected: Pacific Halibut

Location: Marine Areas 3 and 4.

Reason for action: This rule conforms to federal action taken by Pacific Fisheries
Management Council. There is sufficient recreational halibut quota to provide for an additional fishing day
