Sport Halibut season re-opens for
one day in Marine Areas 3 and 4

Action: Open recreational fishing for halibut in Marine Areas 3 and 4 on June 28, 2007, for one day only.

Effective date: Open 12:01 a.m. through 11:59 p.m., Thursday, June 28, 2007.

Species affected: Pacific Halibut

Location: Marine Areas 3 and 4.

Reason for action: This rule conforms to federal action taken by PFMC. There is sufficient recreational halibut quota to provide for an additional fishing day.
