Sport oyster season modified at Triton Cove Tidelands

Actions: The 2003 sport oyster fishing season on the Triton Cove Tidelands, originally scheduled for May 1 to September 30, has been changed to January 1 to December 31.

Effective Date: January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003.

Species affected: Oysters.

Location: Triton Cove Tidelands.

Reason for action: Surveys indicate that the oyster population at Triton Cove Tidelands has increased and will support a year-round season in 2003.
