WDFW Sport Fishing Rules pamphlet errata

The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife has made corrections and clarifications to the 2004-2005 Sport Fishing Pamphlet. Anglers are advised to update their copies of the Fishing in Washington Sport Fishing pamphlet, which became effective May 1.

WDFW will provide additional updates and corrections as needed. Corrections, clarifications and frequently asked questions are also posted on the fishing and shellfishing regulations portions of the WDFW website, at http:://wdfw.wa.gov/fish/regs/fishregs.htm on Internet.

Page 49 - Skagit River (Skagit/Whatcom Co.) from mouth of Gilligan Creek to the Dalles Bridge at Concrete:

Error: SALMON season - Sept 1-Dec. 31 was incorrectly stated.

Correction: SALMON season is Sept. 16-Dec. 31.

Page 49 - Skagit River (Skagit/Whatcom Co.) from Dalles Bridge at Concrete to Cascade River:

Error: Second SALMON season - Sept 1-Dec. 31 was incorrectly stated.

Correction: Second SALMON season is Sept. 16-Dec. 31.

Page 49 - Skagit River (Skagit/Whatcom Co.) from Bacon Creek to Gorge Dam:


Error: Date was omitted from the ALL SPECIES rule.

Correction: ALL SPECIES - night closure and non-buoyant lure restriction July 1-Nov. 30.
