Aspen Lake

Located on Methow Wildlife Area.  Anglers must park at end of Frost Road and walk the remaining one (1) mile to the lake. A small lake that lends itself well to float tubes and/or shore access. Expect triploid eastern brook trout and tiger trout in the 10-11 inch range.  Recent winterkills since the 2015 wildfires has resulted in periodic winterkill events.  Rainbow catchables were planted in spring 2018 following a winterkill event.

Two-pole fishing is allowed

Shoreline access: Good - Shore access good, some brushy areas
