The Department is considering rule changes to WAC chapter 220-120 (Public Records).
Scope and rationale for proposed rule
The department needs to amend and update rules in WAC chapter 220-120 to accommodate the recent implementation of the department’s use of body-worn cameras by the WDFW Enforcement Program and other administrative requirements.
