Opens hatchery Chinook retention below Bonneville Dam through June 15. Rescind hand-cast lines from the bank only restriction from Beacon Rock to Hamilton Island boat ramp. Increased adult hatchery Chinook portion of daily limit above and below Bonneville Dam.
