Deer, elk, and moose hunting and salvaging reporting, transporting and use of bait requirements

The purpose of this emergency rule is to require deer, elk, and moose hunters and salvagers in certain GMUs to submit animal parts to be subject to CWD testing. This rule will also prohibit use of bait and synthetic scents in certain GMUs.
