Step 1: Download and read the Road Access Entry Program booklet. The booklet contains everything you need to know about the Road Access Entry Program in Washington.
Step 2: Fill out the application. Entries are only accepted from June 1 to July 31. Entries for the Disabled Hunter Road Access Permit drawing for Deer and Elk may be submitted online using the form below. Please review the instructions on how to fill out the form.
Step 3: If you are drawn, you must RSVP as directed to hold your opportunity. All selections not RSVP'd will go to alternates.
