Eleven miles southwest of Newport along Highway SR-211, Sacheen Lake is open year-round. The lake is planted annually with Brook Trout, Rainbow Trout, and tiger trout.
Sacheen has public access on the northeast shore (Sacheen Lake | Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife).
Two-pole fishing is allowed
