Vice Chair Douvia called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
A. Minutes for Approval - Decision:
Deferred to April 6, 2012 conference call.
B. Petition to Change Rules:
The Commission considered a petition for rulemaking pursuant to RCW 34.05.330 received from Mr. Ervig.
The Commission considered a petition for rulemaking pursuant to RCW 34.05.330 received from Mr. Ervig.
Chair Wecker moved, seconded by Commissioner Mahnken to deny the petition to amend WAC 220-125-050 filed on February 7 2012 by Mr. William Ervig, and direct staff to draft order of denial for signature by the Commission Chair. The motion passed unanimously.
C. Agency WAC Overhaul – Briefing:
Deferred to April 6, 2012 conference call.
