Department staff will provide a briefing and ask the Commission to approve removing GMUs 157 and 522 (WAC 232-28-297 2012-2013, 2013-2014) from the 2014-2015 Cougar hunting seasons and regulations.

The Commission will formally consider two petitions for changes to rulemaking pursuant to RCW 34.05.330:

C. Commercial Sea Cucumbers/Sea Urchins Buy – Back Program – Decision
Department staff will brief the Commission on the commercial license buy-back program for the sea cucumber and sea urchin fishery request approval to increase the maximum bid prices for permits.

Commissioners and the Director will discuss recent activities and items of interest.
This meeting will take place by telephone conference call. The public may come to the Commission Office at the Department of Fish and Wildlife headquarters, Natural Resources Building, 5th Floor, 1111 Washington Street SE, Olympia to listen to the call by speaker phone but public input is only accepted on item A.
