Chair Wecker called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m.
A. Proposed Land Transaction - Decision
The Commission considered approval of a land transactions presented by Dan Budd, Real Estate Section Manager, Wildlife Program.

Proposed transfer of Stemilt Trust Land
Commissioner Perry moved, seconded by Commissioner Smith to authorize the Director to accept fee title to the 1,268 acres of Washington Department of Natural Resources Trust Land Transfer property in Chelan County and relinquish the 50-year lease under such terms and conditions as the Director deems appropriate. Motion passed. Commissioner Schmitten abstained.
Chair Wecker adjourned the meeting at 9:18 a.m.
