2:15 P.M. 10. Recreational Halibut Catch Record Card - Briefing and Public Hearing

Department staff will brief the Commission on proposed rules to implement changes to the halibut catch record card to implement SB 6127, the annual bag limit of four halibut, and to facilitate online catch record card reporting. The proposed changes also include corrections to the rules to match current license and catch record card documents.

14. Columbia River Basin Salmon Management Policy C-3620 (Part 2) - Briefing, Public Comment and Possible Guidance
Department staff will brief the Commission on the performance of the 2013-2017 Columbia River basin salmon fisheries, managed through an extended transitional period of guiding principles and actions within policy C-3620, and seek guidance and next steps.
