Scope and rationale for proposed rule
This rule change makes state regulations consistent with federal regulations recently adopted by the Pacific Fishery Management Council (PFMC) and implemented into federal regulation by the National Marine Fisheries Service.
This is an Expedited rule making that amends WAC 220-314-020.
