Recreational Halibut Catch Record Card - Public Hearing and Decision Department staff will brief the Commission and request approval on proposed rules to implement changes to the halibut catch record card to implement SB 6127, the annual bag limit of four halibut, and to facilitate online catch record card reporting. The proposed changes also include corrections to the rules to match current license and catch record card documents.
