The Department will brief the Commission on the relevant or recently published science related to minimizing wolf-livestock conflict, specifically the use of lethal removal of wolves to address repeated wolf depredations on livestock. The purpose of the briefing is to increase the awareness of the best available science and how the department considers and/or incorporates science in decision making.
