Coastal Commercial Dungeness Crab Rules - Decision Download MP3 File [2.4 MB] Staff will request adoption of WAC 220-52-049, Commercial crab fishery - Gear Limits - Coastal, which will improve the enforceability of rules by implementing gear tending requirements and minimize derelict crab gear. This proposal includes the addition of an end-date to the gear tending provision that was not included in the original proposal.
