Welcome to new member Tim Ragen, election of Committee Chair, and agenda overview.
2. C-3622 Willapa Bay Policy
The Committee will discuss Staff will progress on the development of Alternative 2 policy language and initial staff efforts on the comparative analysis assignment of the three existing alternatives. Staff will also provide a cursory review of spawner-recruit based fall Chinook spawning escapement goals currently in use in the region and the Committee will discuss comparisons to a Willapa Bay fall chinook spawning escapement goal based on spawner and subsequent recruit information.
