Staff will brief the Commission and hold a public hearing for Commercial Whale Watching Rulemaking.

9:30am - 9:45am – 2. Blue Sheet: Columbia River Fisheries - Decision
The Commission will review the blue sheet submitted by program staff on the Columbia River Fisheries and decide whether to schedule it for a future meeting agenda.

The Commission will be introduced to the new Legislative Director, and she'll provide the Commission with a brief legislative update.
