Alan Pennington with Matrix Reporting Group will present the draft report for the organizational and management assessment required in the 2017-19 operating budget proviso.

Department staff will provide an overview of WDFW's budget processes and fund sources. Staff will also present a proposed process for Commission engagement in developing both a long-term revenue plan and the zero-based budget analysis as part of the 2017-19 operating budget proviso.
