5. Updates on Predation, Pinnipeds and Killer Whales - Briefing
Staff will provide an update from the Southern Resident Killer Whale taskforce. Staff will provide an overview of predation issues and an update on pinniped management as it relates to the Bonneville program, the status of the Willamette application, and any updates on federal legislation.

9. Land Transactions - Briefing, Public Hearing and Decision

The Commission will consider approval of land transactions recommended by the Department for the protection of critical fish and wildlife habitat and for the enhancement of public recreation opportunities.

11. 2019-20 North of Falcon Policy Review C-3608 - Briefing and Public Hearing
Department staff will provide a briefing of the Commission's North of Falcon Policy C-3608 (currently in effect through December 31, 2018) setting guidelines for salmon management and propose modifications for the Commission's consideration of the January 2019 through December 2020 policy.

1:30 P.M. 13. Willapa Bay Policy C-3622 - Briefing, Discussion and Public Hearing
The Willapa Bay Salmon Management Policy (C-3622) directs agency staff to conduct a comprehensive review of the implementation and performance of the policy at the conclusion of Phase 1 (e.g. 2019). Staff will brief the commission on the proposed process and seek commissioner's feedback.
