Willapa Bay Salmon Management Policy Review - Briefing and Public Hearing The Department will provide an overview of the policy base assumptions used in the development of the Willapa Bay Salmon Management Policy (C-3622), and seek clarification from the Commission on these assumptions. Staff will also review public comment anticipated to be received at a public workshop on January 23.
