| 10:00 A.M. | 1. Commission Workshop Commission workshops are held to allow informal discussion among Commissioners and Department staff. The meeting is open to the public who wish to observe however, public input is generally not taken. Times on the agenda are approximate and the Commission may adjust the agenda to meet scheduling needs. |

Department staff and Commissioners will discuss next steps for the development of the long-term revenue plan; including discussing the revenue target for 2019-21 biennium and discussing principles around pursuing new revenue proposals.

Executive Session Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) The Commission will meet in Executive Session to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. No action will be taken in executive session, and the public is not permitted to listen to the executive session. |

The Department will provide an overview of the policy base assumptions used in the development of the Willapa Bay Salmon Management Policy (C-3622), and seek clarification from the Commission on these assumptions. Staff will also review public comment anticipated to be received at a public workshop on January 23.
